Today I woke up at around 7:30 in the morning. It’s funny. Last night I was so determined to have a run this morning to sweat myself for I am gaining weight again, but this morning, I felt awfully lazy. I hate myself for staying up late last night. I dozed off at about 2am after reading a wonderful fictional book by Nora Roberts.
It was all about this mythical kingdom trapped in pure winter for about 20years. It was kept by a young pretty queen. Then just like other fairy tales, there’s this young prince weary from war. He magically went to this kingdom of winter. He was healed by the queen. They fell in love, and the queen wanted him to go back to his kingdom for his people because she saw through her powers that his mother grieved for him. The prince wanted the queen to go with him but the queen can’t simply leave her people. He went off promising that he’ll come back. He did. And when he came back, he brought summer with him. =) the spell of the kingdom only breaks when there is true love, and being able to, without forcing one’s self.
Well that’s it. Bit of funny is it? :D
Anyway, after I woke up, I helped my younger brother prepare breakfast. I, he and mom ate. My sister and my dad were still sleeping. My dad went home at around 5am for he and mom have graveyard shifts often. My elder sister is naturally a heavy sleeper. =)) lol
After we ate, I helped mom with the laundry and then tidied up the kitchen. Then without doing anything, I watched xfiles. I was on the 3rd season and dad was on the 6th so I had to catch up so that we can watch it some time together. In every season, there are 28 episodes and each episode lasts up to an hour. it’s up to 9seasons. Xfiles was the TV series shown on RPN or sometimes in studio23. I can’t remember but when I was young I used to stay up late with dad to watch this series. It’s about paranormal activities and u.f.o’s etc. And FBIs in Washington were about to investigate this crimes. hehe.. I think this started early 1990s and lasted for about 8-9 years on TV. I love watching it =) I like the two lead characters, agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully. Its 2007, more than a decade ago!! I was so glad when dad came home from work one day bringing this whole collection of the 9 seasons. Although it’s pirated, the copy’s good. And we can’t afford having the complete set of original ones and it would be hard to find such collection!
I cooked lunch and tidied up again, had a shower and watched the dvd again. I can’t do anything else. In the last two days we had rain. Last Saturday, while I as online IMing with a friend, there were several consecutive lightnings and it broke my connection. 2days passed already and I can’t still connect to the internet. I have to call the DSL service to fix the modem. I don’t know how long it’ll take. Right now I’m typing this in a word document. Then I’ll just have to post it in my blog and indicate the date. Oooh.. I just miss my blog so much. I can’t live long without internet! Honestly! Can you?? Hahaha
5months ago I stopped writing my thoughts on my diary. What can I do? Writing is more tedious than typing. Okay I know it’s still better to have a diary in case there’ll be an expiry of sites. So what I’ll do is that I’ll write to both. i can write it first on my diary and then post it or vice versa.
What’s happening? It’s 10:30pm.. the lights and power kept blinking. Power loss? Omg.. I have to stop this or else I can’t save anything if there’s actually a power loss. So I’m gonna stop this right now and I’ll just try to watch that DVDs again! LOL
